Installation Field Technicians
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Installation Field Technicians for a company based in Alpharetta, GA. These openings include nationwide traveling, this company is hiring associates across the US. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for traveling across the country to install commercial beverage and food service equipment at new and renovated job sites and other related job duties.
Pay Rate
$45,000-$60,000 per year based on experience.
Schedule and Hours
Project based: 3 weeks on, one-week paid time off.
Installation Field Technicians Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with teams traveling to multiple job sites throughout the US for extended periods of time.
- Install commercial soda fountains, ovens, refrigerators, slushy machines, beer coolers, and other food and drink-related products.
- Keep all tools and inventory on a service vehicle well-organized, properly maintained, and regularly checked.
- Ensure products and machinery are in good working order, restock supplies as needed, and maintain tools for easy access and efficient service.
- Complete all work in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Installation Field Technician Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma, GED
- Willing to travel for 100% of job duties for extended periods.
- A strong background in appliance installation and a mechanical background required.
- Previous experience in refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and HVCA is required.
- EPA universal certification is required.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule to meet demands.
- Must have own set of hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Drug screening, background check, and driving record search required at time of hire.
