Lead Warehouse Associate
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Lead Warehouse Associate, for a company located in Missouri City. As a Lead Warehouse Associate, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism, and strive to be error-free. Pay Rate:
$19.00 an hour
Schedule and Hours:
Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Lead Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities
• Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational and maintenance procedures, and guide the team in understanding housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor and maintain the availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Oversee equipment usage and ensure adherence to all safety procedures and programs.
• Handle inventory management, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.
• Assist with resolving issues to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance.
Lead Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Solid math skills and analytical ability.
