Licensed Insurance Agent
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Agent with a Property and Casualty license to join our client’s dynamic team, in the Pelham, AL area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Salary
Base Salary: $33,000 per year.
  • Commission/Bonuses: Opportunities for additional earnings based on performance.
 
Licensed Insurance Agent-Duties and Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cross-selling additional insurance products.
  • Policy Management: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies, ensuring they understand their coverage options.
  • Claims Assistance: Provide support to clients during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with state and federal insurance regulations.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
 
Licensed Insurance Agent- Qualifications and Requirements 
  • License: Must hold a valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or in a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes:
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
