MAKE READY APARTMENT MAINTENANCE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Make Ready Technician for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play an important role in the property management industry, ensuring rental properties are ready for new tenants.

Pay Rate
$14.00 to $18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.

Make Ready Apartment Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities
• Fix minor plumbing leaks, replace faulty light switches, patch holes in walls, repair cabinet doors, and address minor electrical issues.
• Thoroughly clean the entire unit including floors, appliances, cabinets, windows, and fixtures.
• Touch-up painting or full repainting of walls and trim as needed.
• Replace damaged carpet or flooring in units.
• Inspect and clean appliances, replace worn-out filters or bulbs.
• Address any other minor issues identified during inspection.
• Ensure all smoke detectors are working.

• Physical ability to perform tasks like lifting, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Customer service skills to interact with residents and property management.
