Job Description

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Manager in Training for a loan company based in Decatur, AL. In this role, you will assist the branch manager to exceed established branch goals as well as learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents. 
Come work for one of America’s largest privately owned Consumer Finance companies! The company has been lending money to customers for personal loans, home equity loans, and retail sales financing for over 80 years. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

Pay Rate 
$38,285/year plus bonuses for the first 6-12 months during training. After training is completed, earnings will be between $60-80,000/year. 

Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to close. Overtime and working Saturdays are required based on operational needs. Average hours worked will be 45/week. 

Manager in Training Duties and Responsibilities
• Become proficient in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations 
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service via phone and in-person.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Become proficient in all aspects of management such as recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership. 
• Assist the Branch Manager. 

Manager in Training Qualifications and Requirements 
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. 
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management; your preference of relocation is considered but not guaranteed. Branch locations are in AL, IL, LA, MS, MO, and TX.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and credit check.
