Mark Andy Professional Series Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Mark Andy Professional Series Operator for a printing company based in Marietta, GA. We’re looking for skilled press operators who are passionate about precision and producing high-quality printed materials. In this role, you’ll be operating advanced printing machinery, mixing inks, ensuring every detail meets top-notch standards, and other related job duties.
Pay Rate
$25.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule and Hours
Two Shift Options Available!
Monday through Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm or
Monday through Friday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
Mark Andy Professional Series Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate Mark Andy flexographic printing presses according to job specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Mix and adjust inks while monitoring viscosity to maintain consistent print standards.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or printing issues as needed.
• Inspect printed materials for quality, verifying color, registration, and specifications meet customer expectations.
• Document production details, including setup data and materials used.
• Operate slitter rewinders to convert stock rolls and neatly package finished products.
• Remove finished rolls from presses and thoroughly clean ink pans after each job.
• Work closely with supervisors and quality control to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety procedures.
Mark Andy Professional Series Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience operating Mark Andy Professional Series Flexographic Presses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to collaborate and support team members as needed.
• Drug screening and background checks are required.
