Mechanical & Electrical Technician
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Technician for a company located in Marietta, GA. This position is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly those experienced with industrial components and systems. Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and testing mechanical and pneumatic systems, along with other related duties.

Schedule and Hours
Mondays through Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Mechanical & Electrical Technician Duties and Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and pneumatic equipment used in industrial settings
• Perform disassembly, cleaning, basic machining, assembly, and testing of mechanical components
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and repair procedures
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of pneumatic and low-voltage electrical systems
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections and test outcomes • Follow all safety procedures and follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Additional related job duties as assigned by management
Mechanical & Electrical Technician Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and maintenance in an industrial environment
• Sit-down forklift experience required
• Proficiency with mechanical systems and low-voltage electrical work
• Ability to work independently and use technical documentation
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Drug screening and background check required.
