Mixer Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Mixer Operator for a company based in TuscaloosaALIn this role, you will have the opportunity to operate and maintain mixing equipment to ensure the production of high-quality products according to company specifications and safety standards. 

Pay Rate 
$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 7 00 pm to 7 00 am.

Mixing Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor mixing machinery to blend raw materials according to specified formulas and instructions. Ensure accurate measuring and weighing of ingredients before mixing.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain consistency and quality of the final product. Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues or report major malfunctions to maintenance personnel. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Record production data, including batch numbers, ingredient amounts, and any deviations from standard procedures. Adhere to company policies, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
 Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Mixing Operator Qualifications and Requirements 
• High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar manufacturing or production role preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines. Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
•. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to lift and handle heavy materials as required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and shifts as needed. 
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Capable of lifting up to 50 Ibs. Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures in a manufacturing setting.
