Monday through Friday, 2:30pm Until Completion.

Puller Lead Responsibilities
• Oversee a team of pullers to ensure that orders are picked, checked and loaded on to trucks properly

• Coordinate night shifts activated, ensuring that all tasks are complete in a timely manner
• Use our ERP system to manage and track inventory, orders, and shipping details
• Address and resolve any issue or discrepancies in order fulfillment or inventory management
• Regularly use email to communicate with other departments and report on shift progress, issues or delays

Puller Lead Qualifications and Requirements
• 2 years of Proven Experience in warehouse or distribution center, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Proficiency in using computers, including emails and ERP systems
• High attention to detail with focus on accuracy in order fulfillment
• Availability to handle physical tasks and work in a warehouse environment.
