Electronic Assembler
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Electronic Assembler for a company based in Zephyrhills, FL. In this role, you will be repairing printed circuit boards. Position is for about two weeks to fulltime.

Monday through Friday, 8 00am to 5 00 pm
Electronic Assembler Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform assembly functions in accordance with Quality Control Procedures to ensure the output will meet Quality Control and customer standers, follow ISO 9000 procedures.
• Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting , encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, and color coding parts and assemblies.
• Use iridate touch-up, solvents, degreasers, abrasives and other cleaning agents to clean work prior to solder and assembly as required.
• Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or follows verbal instructions to meet quality and quantity standards.
• May monitor raw materials inventory and notify appropriate personnel when reordering point is reached.
• Perform fabrication, assembly, installation and processing of electrical -electronic parts, materials, hardware, and components into sub-assemblies and completed assemblies.
• Assembles electrical and electro-mechanical equipment, wiring, hardware, parts, on all types of assemblies such as overhead racks, van, consoles, pylons, where the assembly processes have been determined.
• Determines wire routing and assembly sequence that are similar in construction and design to previously fabricated units.
• Fabricates and assembles all types of electrical, electronic-mechanical equipment, parts, materials, hardware, wire, wire bundles, and their associated equipment into sub-assemblies and complete assemblies where firm drawings and detail assembly instruction have reached their final mechanical and electrical – electronic form.
Electronic Assembler Qualifications & Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Electromechanical assembly experience.
• Proficient in using hand tools, and soldering equipment.
• Ability to read work orders, drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Background required
• Experience assembling, reworking and repairing, printed circuit boards (PCB).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work closely with designers, engineers and technicians.
