Outside Sales Representative
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Outside Sales Representative for a company based in Columbus, MS. In this position you will have the opportunity to grow and work for a company that takes care of its workers.
Pay Rate
$50,000 - $150,000 Annual Salary
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.
Outside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential customers through networking, cold-calling, and lead generation in assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and regular follow-up.
• Conduct in-person and virtual presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Outside Sales Representative Qualifications and Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role
