OVERNIGHT LOGISTICS CLERK/ DATA ENTRY
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Overnight Logistic Clerk/ Data Entry for a company based in Houston, TX. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for working in both office and warehouse environments assisting in the management of dispatch, receiving incoming calls, creating a positive experience for customers and drivers, completing, and submitting daily status reports.
Pay Rate
$18.50 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Wednesday - Saturday, Wednesday 12:00am - 6:00am, Thursday - Saturday 6:00pm - 6:00am
Overnight Logistic Clerk/ Data Entry Duties and Responsibilities
• Will be working with bill of ladings
• Working with Excel, Microsoft word, office 365, and teams
• Data Entry
• Answering phones and emails, forwarding messages
• Confirming customer orders and keeping customers informed of order status
• Maintaining and monitoring equipment troubleshooting failures and calling for repairs
• Forwarding information by receiving and distributing communications: collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information
• Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Overnight Logistic Clerk/ Data Entry Qualifications and Requirements
• 3 plus years of extensive customer service skills
• SAP warehouse management systems experience
• Warehouse experience
• Able to work day shift while training
• Drug test and background check required
