Job Description

Part-time Child-Care Worker
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Part-time Child-Care Worker for a church based in Pelham, AL. In this position you will be working in a church setting and caring for children whose parents are attending services. 

Pay Rate 
$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours 
Wednesdays 5:30pm- 8:30pm
Sundays 8:30am -12:30pm

Part-time Child-Care Worker- Duties and Responsibilities
  • Creating a safe and loving environment: Ensure the nursery is a welcoming place for children and their parents 
  • Providing care: Provide appropriate age care, including feeding, diapering, and toileting 
  • Supporting development: Support children's emotional and social development 
  • Maintaining order: Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and orderly 
  • Communicating: Greet parents and children, and brief parents on their child's experience 
  • Ensuring safety: Ensure the safety of children and workers, and resolve any issues 
 
Part-time Child-Care Worker- Qualifications and Requirements 
  • Need to have 1 year experience working with children in childcare setting
  • Reliable transportation
  • Background and Drug Screen required
  • Loving and nurturing attitude
