Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Customer Driven Parts Associate in Tampa. Acting as the Parts and Service Specialist who builds business; manages and grows forklift equipment parts sales and service; promotes effective marketing plans, identifies business opportunities; sells products; maintains relationships with clients; identifies product improvements or new products; prepares reports; maintains quality service; maintains professional and technical knowledge; contributes to team effort. Controlling inventory, and monitoring paperwork to SSTL standards. Meeting customer parts needs while maintaining sufficient profit margins and a professional image for Client.
EXPERIENCE: Parts and Industrial Service knowledge preferred 1-3 years
Must hold good organizational skills and interpersonal skills
Presents information effectively and persuasively across communication settings
Parts sales and service knowledge with mechanical aptitude preferred
Ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with clients
Sets high expectations. Drives performance towards outstanding results
Capable negotiator. Clearly communicates goals, interests, and positions during discussions
Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Generates parts leads through planning and persistence
Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment
Demonstrates creativity - Generates new and original ideas
Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office -- Word, Excel, Access
Control Parts Inventory
Monitor back order parts
Maintain an updated list on customers fleet
Successfully manages parts sales process to achieve performance goals
Maintain customer visits and parts maintenance scheduled
Confer with customers as required for problem/solution resolution and proper supervision of equipment repair and maintenance.
Continuously monitor department goals, objectives and policies to assure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Canvas territory for new parts accounts
Maintain daily log of calls and activity
Actively promote safety and the enforcement of safety rules and policies, including the proper disposal of hazardous waste or scrap parts and materials
Maintain positive communications with service staff and company managers
Develop strong product line knowledge to actively assist customers in making informed equipment maintenance and parts/service decisions.
Monitor and encourage superior customer communications skills for all department personnel.
Take initiative in developing new methods and procedures for the department as required
Accept new duties and responsibilities when they are assigned
