Press Brake Operator and Sheet Metal Fabricator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Press Brake Operator and Sheet Metal Fabricator to join a leading aerospace company specializing in the manufacturing of military vehicles. Pay Rate
Starting at $25.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
*Enjoy a three-day weekend every week with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off!*
Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities
• Set up and operate a hydraulic press for sheet metal fabrication.
• Perform shearing and/or sawing of raw materials as required for production.
• Deburr fabricated parts to ensure smooth edges and finishes.
• Conduct part inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain and manage inventory of all raw materials to ensure efficient production.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies, including proper handling of machinery and materials.
• Work cross-functionally and demonstrate flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in press brake operation and sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes, including hydraulic press setup and operation.
• Familiarity with the AS9100 quality standard is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate inspections of fabricated parts.
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
• A flexible, team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Drug screening and background check are required.
