Printing Machine Operator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking skilled Printing Machine Operators to join a leading, innovative printing company in Acworth, GA. In this role, you’ll take center stage in producing high-quality print materials, operating advanced machinery, and making a direct impact on a fast-paced, dynamic team. Pay Rate
$18.00-$20.00 an hour, Based on Experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Printing Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and fine-tune cutting-edge bindery equipment like cutters, folders, stitchers, booklet makers, and PUR binders.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize operations to minimize downtime and maximize quality.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members, empowering them to succeed while ensuring smooth workflows.
• Follow strict quality and process controls to produce high-quality results that exceed expectations.
• Communicate effectively during shift handoffs, ensuring seamless productivity between teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to keep processes sharp and efficient.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace, adhering to all safety standards.
• Additional related job duties as assigned by management
Printing Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous machine operating experience required; experience in printing or bindery operations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret job instructions and specifications with precision.
• Dedication to Safety: Familiarity with safety protocols and commitment to creating a hazard-free environment.
• Drug screening and background check is required.
