Production Associate
Automation Personnel Services seeks a hard-working and dependable Production associate/forklift Diver in Alabaster, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a well-known, manufacturer of high-quality automotive safety glass for automobile manufacturers
Pay Rate
$15.00 to $15.50 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6 00 am to 2 00 pm.
Monday through Friday, 3 00 am to 11 00 pm.
(Could work 3am-3pm or 3pm-3am depending on production)
Production associate Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
• Load and unload materials from line, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Perform periodic quality checks
• General cleaning
•Follow safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.
Production associate Qualifications and Requirements
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in operating forklifts
•Previous manufacturing experience
• Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
