PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for several hard-working Production Associate for an automotive parts manufacturing company based in Madison, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for order picking and light sub assembly for a major automotive supplier.
Pay Rate
1St shift - $14.00 per hour plus $1.00 Perfect Attendance Bonus
2nd shift - $15.00 per hour plus $1.00 Perfect Attendance Bonus
Night shift- $15.80 per hour plus $1.00 Perfect Attendance Bonus
Schedule and Hours
1st shift - Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM
2nd shift - Monday through Friday, 3:15PM-11:45PM
Night shift -Monday-Friday, 700PM – 345AM
Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities
• Properly package and handle parts as prescribed.
• Perform the required color/quality visual inspections.
• Accurately record scrap and place the scrap in the proper location.
• Keep accurate documentation during the production run.
• Perform other duties as requested.
Production Associate Qualifications and Requirements
• Ability to follow standard instruction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
• Must be able to comprehend work instructions and information in-written, oral or diagram.
• Lift 25 pounds regularly throughout shift, lifting test to be administered
• Background check and drug screen required
