Production Associate
Automation Personnel Services is looking for hard-working Production Associates in Selma, Alabama. We’re looking for people with a desire to work, a great attitude, and the stamina and determination to get the job done! If you have these qualities, we want to talk to you! Day and night shifts
Pay Rate
$12.50 hourly.

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday (Must be able to work overtime as needed)
1st Shift: 6am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift: 2:30pm -11:00pm
Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Labeling and finishing assembly.
- Frame, storage and preparation, frame assembly and labeling of finished assembly.
- Follow all safety practices and procedures.
- Maintain the work area in a clean and organized manner.
Production Associate Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to lift 50lb throughout shift. (Lifting assessment given in the office)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proper unexpired documents required to complete the Federal I-9 process.
- Background and Drug Testing are required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Able to stand for a long period of time.
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Must be detail-oriented with good organization skills.
