Production Coating Technician Overnight Shift
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Production Coating Technicians for a company based in Oldsmar, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer specializing in coating processes for various industries.
Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours:
3rd shift – Monday – Friday from 11:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Must be able to train on 1st shift from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm for 2-3 weeks, then move to overnight shift.
Production Line Worker Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials and ensure correct set-up of the production line for coating processes.
- Assemble, fixture parts, clean, and examine materials for defects or damage.
- Monitor product quality during the coating application and make adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate records of production data.
- Assist with packaging and shipment of products.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area to ensure a safe and organized production environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and meet customer specifications.
Production Line Worker Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of previous experience in manufacturing, particularly in a coating or similar process, is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
