Job Description
PRODUCTION WRAPPER
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Production Wrapper for a food manufacturing facility in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will support all production processes and facility equipment. Primary duties include preventative maintenance, machine troubleshooting and project support. This is a full time, temp-to-hire position.
Pay rate
$16.00 per hour
Shifts and Schedules
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Production Wrapper Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and set-up machinery and line daily prior to production.
- Check vacuum seal, cut off, fin seal and registration
- Metal detector checks, code date checks, documented every 15 minutes.
- Check code dates for the proper dates and reload ink film as needed
- Immediately report food safety and quality hazards to supervisors
Production Wrapper Skills and Qualifications
- Signoff and understand all GMP standards
- Lift up to 45lbs maximum (in office assessment will be conducted)
- Work in hot environments and lots or walking
- Prior production or food experience is a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
