QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist for a company based in Winfield, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to rigorously uphold quality standards, ensuring that all equipment produced complies with established industry and internal benchmarks. Your duties will encompass the inspection of incoming materials and the meticulous testing of final products, thereby contributing significantly to the preservation and enhancement of our reputation for excellence and dependability.

Quality Assurance Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
• Test and inspect agricultural equipment components throughout the manufacturing process
• Develop and implement quality control procedures
• Use precision measuring tools and testing equipment
• Document inspection results and maintain detailed records
• Work with engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Train production staff on quality standards and procedures.

Quality Assurance Specialist Qualifications and Requirements
• 3 + years of quality control experience in manufacturing (agricultural equipment experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
• Experience with measuring equipment and testing procedures. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and move around a manufacturing facility.
• Problem-solving skills. Must be comfortable using a computer and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• 3 + years of quality control experience in manufacturing (agricultural equipment experience is a plus)
