Quality Inspector
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Quality Inspector for an automotive parts company based in Fayetteville, TN. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for tasks such as sorting and inspecting parts for the automotive industry. Individuals applying for this position need to be available for starting orientation on Sunday, 2/11/24.
Pay Rate
1st Shift - $16.75
2nd Shift - $17.25
3rd Shift - $17.00
Schedule and Hours
All shifts are Monday through Friday
1st Shift – 6:45AM to 3:15PM
2nd Shift – 2:45PM to 11:15PM
3rd Shift – 10:45PM to 7:15AM
**Associates must be available to work 12 hour shifts and overtime on Saturday and Sunday
Quality Inspector Duties and Responsibilities
• Execute a wide range of sorting and inspection tasks, encompassing visual and tactile inspections
• Safely and efficiently operate all assigned equipment in adherence to the company’s safety protocols and perform manual duties including loading and supplying items
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information of all required paperwork
• Ability to undergo training for the use of various inspection tools and measuring equipment as necessary
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervision
Quality Inspector Qualifications and Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift, lifting test will be administered
• Drug screen and background check required
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is required
• Experience in quality, sorting, inspection, containment, or production preferred
• Essential skills in basic math, reading and comprehension
• Proven track record of reliability and dependability
