Job Description

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR 
 
Automation Personnel Services is seeking several Quality Control Inspectors for a company located in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will inspect and record possible defects in parts essential in the manufacturing of vehicles.  ALL POSITIONS are full time temporary to hire positions.
 
Pay Rates
1st shift: $15.60 per hour 
2nd shift: $16.40 per hour 
3rd shift: $16.40 per hour 
 
Schedule and Hours
1st shift: 5:45AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday and overtime as needed
2nd shift: 1:45PM-10:30PM Monday-Friday and overtime as needed
3rd shift: 9:45PM-6:30AM Monday-Friday and overtime as needed
 
Quality Control Inspector Duties and Responsibilities
• Inspecting car parts
• Working on assembly line or in body department
• Making sure there are no defects or errors, if so send them back to be fixed
 
Quality Control Inspector Requirements and Qualifications
• Previous quality control experience preferred
• Attention to detail and follow instructions to look for defects
• Flexible to production or assembly departments 
• Standing for long periods of time
• Required to complete lifting assessment
• Drug screens and backgrounds are required
