QUALITY INSPECTORS
Automation Personnel Services is seeking Quality Inspectors for a new third-party vendor located inside a well-established automotive manufacturer in Pulaski, TN. In this important role, you will perform detailed inspections of automotive parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. We are seeking dependable people who can thrive in a team-oriented environment and have an excellent work ethic. No experience necessary! Will train the right candidates.
We are also hiring experienced Team Leads. Ideal candidates must have experience in a leadership role and have basic computer skills, such as email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.

Pay Rate
Quality Inspectors
$16.00-18.00 per hour
Team Leads
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule & Hours
12-hour shifts with overtime as needed.
1st shift: 5:45 am-6:00 pm
2nd shift: 11:45 am-12:00 pm
3rd shift: 5:45 pm-6:00 am
Quality Inspectors Duties & Requirements
• Perform detailed inspections of automotive parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize measurement tools and instruments to test parts.
• Document inspection results and report deviations or defects to the production team.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control processes
Quality Inspectors Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience in quality control is a plus, but not required. Will train on the job.
• Proficiency with measurement tools and instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration
• Steel-toed boots required
