Receptionist 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Receptionist  for a company based in Baton Rouge, LA. A receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting.    

Pay Rate  
$15-$18 (Depending on Skills)  

Schedule and Hours  
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.   

Job Title Duties and Responsibilities  

• Answering and transferring phone calls  

• Sorting and delivering mail  

• Greeting visitors  

• Managing the front desk  

• Handling administrative tasks  

• Serving as the face of the company  

Job Title Qualifications and Requirements   

•   High school diploma or equivalent.  

• Relevant work experience (usually 1-2 years).  

• Familiarity with basic office software.  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.  

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.  

Job Type 

Full-time, Temporary
