SALES ADMINISTRATION PROFESSIONAL
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Sales Administration Professional for a manufacturer in Chattanooga, TN. The role requires an extremely self-motivated, independent professional to work within a team of sales representatives to support daily operations.
Pay range
$25.00-$29.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00am to 5 00pm.
Sales Administration Professional Duties and Responsibilities
ï‚· Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database with updated information on past, current and potential clients.
ï‚· Manage inbound sales leads though emails, calls and MM Relay lead generated emails.
ï‚· Answer customer questions about pricing, availability, and product application.
ï‚· Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.
ï‚· Support Customer Service Team with inbound calls/inquiries/requests as assigned.
ï‚· Send specific documentation annually for ISO requirements to clients.
ï‚· Enter leads from tradeshows, enter and track sample requests.
ï‚· Track sales cycle process on monthly and quarterly basis and report to VP of Sales.
ï‚· Assisting Marketing Manager with Tradeshows and preparation of promotional materials and events.
ï‚· Send welcome packets to new customers.
Sales Administration Professional Qualifications and Requirements
ï‚· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
ï‚· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
ï‚· Skill using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
ï‚· Skills in problem-solving and critical thinking.
ï‚· Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
ï‚· Bachelor’s degree in business or similar preferred.
ï‚· 3-5 years of Customer Service & Sales Support experience in manufacturing preferred.
