Sales Consultants
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Sales Consultants for a company who is a leading provider of high-quality countertops and cabinetry based in Pelham, AL. In this role, the sales consultants will be responsible for advising clients on countertop selections and designs, ensuring they find the best solutions to meet their needs.

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Sales Consultants- Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients in the showroom or via phone and email.
- Provide expert advice on countertop materials, including granite, quartz, marble, and other solid surfaces.
- Assist clients in selecting the best countertop options based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Create and present design concepts and proposals to clients.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeated business and referrals
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of clients interactions and sales activities.
Sales Consultants- Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales consultant or similar role, preferably in the countertop or home improvement industry.
- In-depth knowledge of countertop materials and design options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to understand and interpret client needs and preferences.
- Proficiency in using design software and tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
