Sales Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Sales Coordinator for a company based in Brookshire, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and sustainability, along with strong organizational and relationship-building skills. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team, maintaining dealer relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate
$18.00 - $20.00 an hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sales Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team in prospecting and developing new dealer relationships by providing administrative and logistical support.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with forklift dealers, ensuring a smooth sales process and addressing any operational needs.
• Organize and maintain accurate records of dealer accounts, contracts, and correspondence using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product specifications and safety features are communicated effectively to dealers and end-users.
• Facilitate order placement, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete.
• Gather and analyze industry trends, dealer feedback, and competitor information to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
• Assist in tracking sales targets and progress, preparing reports, and suggesting strategies for improvement.
• Serve as a point of contact for dealers, ensuring exceptional service from the initial inquiry to post-sale support.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and other internal departments to align business strategies and improve dealer/customer experience.
Sales Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements
• 1-2+ years of experience in a sales coordinator, administrative support, or customer service role. Industrial sales or material handling experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
