Automation Personnel Services is looking for Second Shift Machine Operators for a firearm manufacturing facility based in Smyrna, GA. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for performing an array of duties related to the production of firearms.

Pay Rate
$17.72 per hour

Schedule and Hours
2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Monday-Friday
2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Monday-Friday
Second Shift Machine Operators Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate manual and semiautomatic machines.
• Performs quality control inspections using custom measuring equipment and making visual checks to assure compliance with specifications.
• Examines parts for surface defects and damage.
• Immediately report errors in production and performance.
• Utilize hand tools, such as files and de-burring tools to achieve set specifications.
• Additional related job duties as assigned by management.
Second Shift Machine Operators Qualifications and Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous machine operator experience required.
• CNC machine operator experience highly preferred.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Pay close attention to details.
• Will be working as part of a team and independently.
• Understand and practice safety policies and procedures.
• Drug screening and background checks are required.
