Job Description
SHIPPING COORDINATOR
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for a water filtration company in Hixson, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of preparing and processing packages and labels for warehouse functions. Position is full-time temporary to hire.
Pay Rate
$18.50 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm, overtime when needed
Shipping Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
• Knowledge of FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip Software experience. Mark and label containers, container tags, or products correctly.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that receiving specifications are met.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
Shipping Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements
• MUST have Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
• Shipping and receiving and warehouse experience required
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Required to complete lifting assessment
• High school diploma or GED
• Background Check and Drug Screen Required
