Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional and motivated Staffing Recruiter to work with us in our Kennesaw, Georgia branch. Automation Personnel Services, Inc. specializes in providing light industrial employees to a variety of customers. Light industrial workers fill various customer needs in warehousing, plastics manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, assembly and production lines for various products, distribution centers, and other labor-intensive manpower needs. APS has district offices that operate throughout much of the United States including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Pay Rate
$17-19 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, and the ideal candidate must be able to work 40+ hours (including overtime when needed) Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed.
Staffing Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities
- RECRUITING
- Applicant screening
- Interviewing
- Adequately assessing quality of an applicant for correct placement
- Process Payroll
- Counseling employees
- Listening to and applying constructive criticism
Staffing Recruiter Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous Recruiting experience
- Great Customer Service
- Awesome communication skills
- Steller computer skills with advanced use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
- Ability to think "outside of the box".
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
