Bilingual Standup Forklift
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Bilingual standup Forklift for a company based in Birmingham AL. In this role, we are looking for a Standup Forklift. You will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, stack, and organize materials in our warehouse. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced.
Pay Range
$14 hourly.
Schedule and Hours
Sun 6AM-4:30PM / Mon-Wed 10AM-6:30PM
Bilingual Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities
-Operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift
- Stack and organize materials in designated areas
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of the forklift and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with order picking and materials handling as required
Bilingual Forklift Qualifications and Requirements
-Proven experience operating a forklift or similar heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in order picking techniques
- Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
