TECHNOLOGY FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Technology Field Service Technician for a company based in Columbus, MS. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing team to service state of the art office networks, computer desktops, multi-function, and copy equipment plus related software.
Pay Rate
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.
Technology Field Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities
• Service and maintain customer equipment such as copier repair, computer repair, and networking operations.
• Install new office equipment at customer sites, configure settings, and ensure proper functionality.
• Diagnose malfunctions, replace parts, and repair technical issues with office equipment.
• Stay current with new technologies and manufacture updates on office equipment.
• Compete service reports, document repairs, and maintain customer records.
Technology Field Service Technician Qualifications and Requirements
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
• Electronics training and/or computer experience is preferred.
• Be available for weekend duty if necessary.
• Must have a permanent address.
