Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Sales Route Representative for a company based in Pelham, AL. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team as a Bottled Water Sales Route Representative.

Schedule and Hours
Must be able to work a minimum of 40hrs plus possible overtime.

Sales Route Representative Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Delivery: Deliver bottled water products to residential and commercial customers on a designated route.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory to expand the customer base.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels on the delivery truck, ensuring accurate counts and timely restocking.
Route Management: Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and customer interactions.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Sales Route Representative Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous sales or delivery experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy products. Up to 50lbs
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and route planning.
Clean Driving record-MVR is run.
No CDL Required
