Warehouse Associate Automation Personnel Services is looking for a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Associate for a company based in Beltsville, MD. In this role, you will assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensure the warehouse operates smoothly, and contribute to maintaining our high standards of safety and efficiency. Pay Rate $16-$18.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Mon- Sun (Rotating schedule) Job Title Duties and Responsibilities • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing orders to sales associates for processing. • Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and other storage areas, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. • Transport materials to designated locations within the facility, maintaining inventory accuracy and organization. • Closely follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly. Job Title Qualifications and Requirements • Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds. • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends due to varying freight volumes. • Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries. • Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently. • Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
