Warehouse Associate
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Warehouse Associate for a company based in Inman, SC. In this role, you will primarily be working with general warehouse duties such as loading and unloading, shipping and receiving and other general tasks.
Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 10amto 6:30pm
Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks (LTL, truckload, and small packages) while managing all associated paperwork (BOLs, receiving inspection sign-offs).
- Stage and palletize shipments, including stowing products from production lines and pulling orders for preparation and shipping.
- Pull product samples for delivery to the QC Lab for quality inspections and sample preparation.
- Receive and distribute incoming packages (e.g., UPS) to designated areas and personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas and participate in cross-training for light manufacturing duties to support team flexibility.
Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements
- Able to work independently within a team while maintaining a professional demeanor to interface with all departments.
- Ability to work hands on while maintaining all safety practices and principals.
- Computer skills, basic for labels shipping computer interface/software ETC.
- Desire or ability to operate and be forklift trainer for certification for production employees is a plus.
- Ability to work or coordinate warehouse inventory activities and knowledge of freight paperwork and terms familiarity is a plus.
