Automation Personnel Services is looking for a self-motivated Warehouse Production Worker for a company based in Pelham, AL. This Associate must be an outgoing individual who is comfortable meeting new people and adapting to unfamiliar situations. Someone who is driven and wanting to learn all aspects of a small family-owned business.
Pay Rate
$15.00-$17.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00pm, occasional Saturday
Warehouse Production Worker- Duties and Responsibilities
- Protecting the assets of the company (Handling raw materials, machinery, office and warehouse supplies, and finished goods in a professional manner)
- Production of all products (will be trained)
- Loading and delivering of product in a safe and secure manner
- Cleaning and maintaining the machinery and the facilities
- Maintain the highest level of honesty and integrity
- Maintain good customer relations
- Learn facts and sales information about all products offered
- Address owners and all employees in positive manner
- Be prompt and on time!
Warehouse Production Worker- Qualifications and Requirements
- Able to comprehend and perform “business math” calculations necessary to accurately write sales contracts.
- Flexibility while going from warehouse production to showroom sales environment with a friendly demeanor.
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Alabama Drivers with good driving record
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to drive pick up truck with box trailer
- Teachable and willing to carry out directions
- Self-motivated
Physical Demands: Physical requirements include standing on concrete all day, walking, lifting product 50+lbs., grasping, bending, stacking, loading. Operation of machinery such as saws, forklift, truck and other machines. Have the sense of seeing, hearing and having full power of speech.
