WAREHOUSE STOCKER
Automation Personnel Services is seeking experienced Warehouse Stockers for a catalog fulfillment company in Chattanooga, TN. This is a great opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts. In this role, you will stock all items using bar code scanning system to prepare shelves for pickers to fill orders. Many items are oversized, heavy packages due to the nature of products. Positions have temporary to hire opportunity based on performance over 90 days.
Qualified Candidates MUST have a longevity of 1-plus years of experience in a warehouse or equivalent.
Pay Rates
$16.00 per hour
Bonus: Attendance and performance must be in good standing to receive
$50 bonus at 30 days
$100 bonus at 90 days
Schedule and Hours
All shifts currently working 12-hour days 5-days a week
6:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday-Friday (regular schedule 7:00am-4:00pm)
Warehouse Stocker Duties and Responsibilities
• Stock shelves with new materials
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Mark and label containers, container tags, or products correctly.
Warehouse Stocker Qualifications and Requirements
• Lifting 50lbs consistently through shift (in office lifting assessment will be conducted prior to placement)
• Standing, walking & moving about consistently
• Previous shipping and receiving experience required
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Background Check and Drug Screen Required
