Warranty/ Claims Adminsitrator
Automation Personnel Services is looking Warranty/ Claims Administrator for a company based in Birmingham, AL. Pay Rate
$23.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule and Hours
Monday- Friday, 8 am-5 pm
Warranty/ Claims Administrator and Responsibilities
- Warranty Claims Processing: Efficiently receive and process warranty claims from customers.
- Data Entry: Input customer warranty claims accurately into company systems.
- Research & Investigation: Investigate sales history and production lots related to warranty claims to gather detailed information.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of company products to effectively handle warranty-related inquiries.
- Policy Adherence: Follow company’s return and warranty policies and procedures with precision.
- Cross-department Communication: Collaborate with the quality control department to address and resolve warranty-related issues.
- Timely Response: Ensure all customer inquiries and email correspondence are answered in a prompt, professional, and organized manner.
- Reliability: Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality in managing claims
Warranty/ Claims Administrator Qualifications and Requirements
- Warranty/Insurance Claims: Prior experience handling warranty claims or insurance claims.
- Customer Support Experience: Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent phone contact handling skills with active listening and clear, effective communication.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
- Software Proficiency: Ability to learn and navigate business software for claims processing and research.
