Weekend Industrial Cleaner Associate
Automation Personnel Services is hiring PART-TIME Weekend Industrial Cleaning Associates for a company based in Montgomery, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment within the premises at which they work. They must ensure that the work is carried out to the highest standards. Cleaning may consist of brushing, mopping, sweeping, dusting, polishing, and wiping. Cleaners use a range of cleaning products and equipment, including mops, brushes, electric scrubbers, polishers, and steam cleaners.
Pay Rate
$14.00-$15.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Weekend Shifts: 1st shift: 8:00am-6:30pm/ 2nd shift: 8:00pm-6:30am
Industrial Cleaner Associate Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform basic cleaning and sanitation functions in the building (sweeping floor, wiping equipment and walls, disinfecting areas of the plant.
• Must wear proper PPE (steel toed shoes, safety glasses, paint suits, etc.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks including working in confined space, and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Work in hot manufacturing areas to clean out ovens and paint booths.
• Clean equipment and manufacturing areas using pressure washing.
• Clean equipment and manufacturing areas using pressure washing.
Industrial Cleaner Associate Qualifications and Requirements
• Background and Drug testing is required.
• Able to stand for a long period of time.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• 50-lb lifting capability throughout shift. (Lifting assessment to be given in the office)
• Proper unexpired documentation required to complete the Federal I-9 process.
