FABRICATOR WELDER
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Fabricator Welder for a company that specializes in fabricating custom shell and tube heat exchangers in Gabriel, LA. This customer is an industry leader in all aspects of refinery equipment.

Pay Rate
$25.00-$35.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Fabricator Welder Duties and Responsibilities
- Fabricate units ranging from 4" to 18' in diameter, with weights more than 660,000 pounds.
- Produce metal products according to customer or employer specifications.
- Operate, set up and maintain welding equipment.
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment by welding.
- Rework defective and refurbished parts
Fabricator Welder Qualifications and Requirements
- Overhead crane experience is a plus
- Read blueprints and use micrometers
- 3+ years’ experience in MIG and Flux Core welding
- Must lift 50lbs. (In office assessment will be conducted)
- background and drug screen required
