Bilingual Warehouse Associate
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Associate for a company based in Spartanburg, SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing shipping and receiving processes, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment. You will work with a variety of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, and pallet jacks, to safely handle materials and shipments.

Bilingual Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring that each order is correctly processed and delivered on time.
• Use pallet jacks to efficiently transport goods and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Safely load and unload shipments from trucks, utilizing equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or shipping issues.

Bilingual Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent customer service communication skills.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Previous experience using an electric pallet jack and handling inventory in a warehouse setting
