HR Administrative Assistant
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a HR Administrative Assistant for a company in Kennesaw, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for performing an array of administrative functions such as coordinating with various departments, invoice management, payroll and other related duties.
Pay Rate
$18.00 Per Hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
HR Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to human resources and accounting teams as needed including filing, data entry, and records management.
- Management of new and current contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Handle invoices and assist with payroll.
- Other related tasks as assigned by management.
HR Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience and longevity in administrative roles, preferably in human resources or accounting.
- Previous payroll experience with 1099 employees highly preferred.
- Strong administrative background with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and self-motivated.
- Drug-screening and background checks are required.
