Pay Rate
$19 - $22 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Thursday, 2:15 pm to 12:45 am.
Packaging Lead Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedules and assignments.
- Train employees on work instructions and maintain production quality.
- Monitor efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback on performance.
- Oversee quality assurance and daily production paperwork.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment, adhering to safety and GMP standards.
- Guide gummy room operations and ensure proper inventory management.
- Assist with maintenance scheduling and support cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Packaging Lead Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
- GMP and SOPs knowledge.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and RedZone.
- Basic math and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
