Customer Service Rep/ Data Entry
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Customer Service Rep/Data Entry for a company based in South Houston, Texas.
Pay Rate
$18.00 - 20.00 per hour (Depends on Experience)
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Customer Service Rep/Data Entry Duties and Responsibilities
• Working with Microsoft Office products
• Heavy Data Entry experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Answer phones
• Research products and assist with pricing
• Greet and assist walk-in customers and truckers
• Build relationships with existing customers
• Respond to customers inquiries
• E-mail bid request to current clients and perform follow-up calls
Customer Service Rep/Data Entry Qualifications and Requirements
• Must have at least 5 years experience in fast paced office environment
• Experience selling through eBay is a plus
• Must be detail oriented
• Previous work experience in a commercial setting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Background check and drug test required
