Pay Rate: $12.50per hour
Job Description: The Bilingual IT Customer Service Representative is responsible for creating an exceptional customer service experience by providing responsive, reliable, and resourceful customer-focused support through innovative problem-solving, network monitoring, organizational coordination and operational excellence.
Field inbound calls resolving technical VoIP and data connection issues.
Research and resolve customer focused technical issues in a timely manner.
Initiate, update, track and close trouble tickets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Expected to adhere to a flexible schedule in order to ensure coverage on all shift.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Knowledge of PC configurations and related applications.
A+, Network+ certification are preferred.
