Pay rate: Based on experience

Job Description:
Recruiting through social media and job fairs
Applicant screening through resume searches and phone interviews
Face to face Interviews
Placing qualified individuals in short term/long term assignments
Process weekly Payroll
Employee counseling on attendance and performance
Meeting employees at job location on first day

Job Requirements:
+2 years of recruiting experience required
Bilingual required
Great Customer Service and communication Skills
Comfortable with computers. Be advanced user of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
Ability to think "outside of the box".
Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License

Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, but the ideal candidate must be able to work 40+ hours (including early mornings or late evenings when needed).
