Corporate Operations Trainer Job Summary
Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Operations Trainer at our corporate office in Birmingham, Alabama. In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel. You should have excellent communication skills, the desire to effectively educate employees on an array of company tools and tasks, be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.

Corporate Operations Trainer Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
Schedule appropriate training sessions.
Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.
Prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos, presentations, and assessments.
Facilitate new-hire training with designated material.
Implement multiple avenues of training delivery, including in-person, video, web-based, self-guided, and virtual programs; and track/report progress and completion.
Identify training gaps and opportunities such as operational process changes that training could improve.
Perform miscellaneous duties related to training and development.

Corporate Operations Trainer Qualifications and Requirements
Must be willing and able to travel 50-75% of the time.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to stay connected to a geographically dispersed team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, and senior management.
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional design and delivery software.
Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
Successful training experience/proven track record in performance management.
