Corporate Sales Trainer
Houston, TX 77001
Must be able to travel Monday through Friday, some weeks out of Houston and some weeks out of the state of TX. Mostly covering TX, LA, MS and CA, but we also have branch offices in AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, VA and TN.
Provide evaluation of employees trained to ensure that the subject material has been conveyed in an effective manner.
Working on a team to produce training and implementation programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the organization.
Identifying employee developmental/training needs and develop programs/initiatives to meet those needs.
Work to enhance performance, morale, and corporate loyalty throughout the organization while reflecting the organization s core values.
Acting as a liaison between all departments to ensure consistency with practices, policies and manage the scheduling of programs. Performing miscellaneous duties related to training and development. IND123I
